Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and cadence shown at the time of purchase. Taxes and fees may apply. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity, or violating the rights of others.
Sharp Stack and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all software, designs, and trademarks.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
